两种方式选择一种即可，iframe或者embed标签加载都可以的。网页链接换成你自己的就可以了，帖子附加选项选择HTML代码

不用点击插入flash的，输入代码然后帖子附加选项设置为HTML代码即可，不过也能被网站解析，(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……
